As the year draws to a close, we are taking a moment to reflect on the milestones that made 2024 a year to remember at Berkeleyparks. From national awards to new partnerships, here are our highlights from 2024!
Stepping into the Spotlight
In June, Berkeleyparks had the privilege of sponsoring the highly anticipated World of Park and Leisure Homes Show, hosted at the beautiful Stoneleigh Park, only a stone’s throw from our Hilltop Residential Park in Warwickshire. Nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside, the event attracted hundreds of visitors curious about the unique charm and convenience of park home living. Attendees explored everything the world of park home living has to offer, with homes from leading manufacturers like Omar, Harbur, and Manor taking centre stage.
Our team was delighted to showcase show homes, discuss available plots across our 59 residential parks, and provide insight into the peaceful, community-focused lifestyle we offer. Whether it was answering questions, offering tours, or simply chatting about life at Berkeleyparks, the show was a fantastic opportunity to connect with current and prospective residents.
A Smooth Move
Moving home can often feel daunting, but our partnership with Quickmove Properties has revolutionised the experience for new residents. With over 25 years of expertise, Quickmove Properties offer a guaranteed cash sale on your current property, removing the uncertainty of property chains and eliminating upfront fees. Their service allows buyers to secure their future home quickly, while still retaining keys to their current property for two weeks after completion to ensure a leisurely transition.
This year, we’ve been able to introduce up to 100% part-exchange for new residents at Cauldron Barn Farm Park, Turners Hill Park, Penton Park and New Park with Quickmove Properties. This fantastic offer has allowed us to make our residents’ park home journey as stress-free as possible, as well as allowing them to start their park home journey quicker!
On the Road
In September, we hit the road to attend The Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Homes Show at the stunning Great Yorkshire Showground. The event was an incredible showcase of innovation and excitement in the world of mobile living, holiday homes, and more.
This show was a brilliant opportunity to connect with individuals who share a passion for park living. Our Berkeleyparks stand welcomed hundreds of visitors eager to learn more about our residential parks. Our team was thrilled to meet so many enthusiastic attendees. It was a joy to watch people leave our stand feeling inspired and equipped to take the next step toward a peaceful, fulfilling future with Berkeleyparks.
New Beginnings
This year, we proudly acquired four outstanding new residential parks, offering even more opportunities for anyone looking to join the Berkeleyparks family!
Our newly opened parks include:
- Handley Park, Dorset: Nestled in the heart of Sixpenny Handley, this park boasts breathtaking views of the Cranborne Chase and a delightful village atmosphere.
- Hillcrest Park, Warwickshire: Situated close to Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds, this park offers the perfect mix of tranquillity and adventure.
- Wildwood Park, Cirencester: Located just outside the historic “Capital of the Cotswolds,” residents here enjoy landscaped gardens and the charm of a Roman heritage town.
- Hilltop Park, Warwickshire: Surrounded by the stunning views which Warwickshire has to offer, and located just less than 10 minutes away from Rugby and Coventry, perfect for those looking for convenience but also to be neighboured by nature.
Each park has been designed to provide a peaceful and vibrant lifestyle, perfect for enjoying your golden years.
Open days
From Caerwnon Residential Park nestled in the serene Welsh countryside, to Temple Grove Residential Park near the lively town of Chelmsford, Essex, we hosted 9 residential park open days across the country in 2024. Our open days were a roaring success, offering visitors the chance to tour our parks, explore show homes, and even reserve their ideal plot, the perfect way to discover park home living.
Open days are the best way to immerse yourself in the community and charm of our parks, so stay tuned for our 2025 open day announcements, you won’t want to miss them!

2024 has been an incredible year for Berkeleyparks, filled with exciting milestones and achievements!
