Win a Hamper Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This competition is open only to attendees of the NEC Show in February 2026.
• Entrants must complete and submit the official entry form at the Berkeleyparks stand during the show to qualify.
• Employees of Berkeleyparks, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• Entry to the competition is free of charge.
• To participate, attendees must complete and submit the entry form provided at the Berkeleyparks stand at the NEC Show in February 2026.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

• The competition will open at the start of the NEC Show and close at the show’s end. The exact times will correspond to the opening and closing hours of the NEC Show in February 2026.
• Entries received outside the specified period will not be accepted.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of one hamper, the contents of which will be detailed at the Berkeleyparks stand.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• Berkeleyparks reserves the right to substitute the prize with another equivalent value should circumstances require.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the conclusion of the NEC Show.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the show ending.
• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the notification, Berkeleyparks reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. General

• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Berkeleyparks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information or breaches these terms and conditions.
• Berkeleyparks will not be held responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect competition entry or the winner’s notification.
• The decision of Berkeleyparks regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely to administer this competition and by Berkeleyparks’ Privacy Policy.
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to use their name and likeness in winner announcements and related promotional material without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability

• Berkeleyparks accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by entrants due to entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
