Terms and Conditions for the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Homes Show Ticket Giveaway By Berkeleyparks

1. Organiser
The promoter of this competition is Berkeleyparks, registered office West Coker House, West Coker, Somerset, BA22 9BW, referred to as “the Organiser.”

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Berkeleyparks, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must select the correct city where the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Homes Show is being held (Harrogate) and complete the required contact form available on the Organiser’s website.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of 1 of 25 pairs of tickets to the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Homes Show in Harrogate.
• There are a total of 25 pairs of tickets available, and each selected winner will receive one pair.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected by the Organiser at their sole discretion from all eligible entries received.
• The selection of winners will be based on a random draw, and up to 25 participants will be selected to win a pair of tickets each.
• The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified by the contact details provided on the entry form within [2 business days] after the competition closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within [1 business day] of the initial notification, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner.

7. Competition Period

• By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their competition entry.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures, or any other events that may prevent participation in the competition.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organiser or its agents.

10. General

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
