Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and associated regulations across England and Wales, Berkeleyparks have made several changes to support the health and wellbeing of our staff, homeowners and potential residents.
At this time, park offices will remain closed to the general public, but our park staff will remain on-site to continue with regular duties in line with government regulations. Most office staff and head office team will continue to work from home.
As the property sector is allowed to remain open under current guidelines, viewings can still take place. However, all viewings are subject to individual parks and existing/developing government guidelines. Prospective residents will be asked a series of questions before a viewing is agreed. If you are attending an arranged viewing, face coverings MUST be worn and all interactions will be contactless.
We would like to assure homeowners that we are continuing to maintain and invest in our parks at this time, but we ask for your understanding and patience and that you bear with us while we go through this together.
We hope that you stay safe and well.

Ham Manor Park is situated in the historic town of Llantwit Major in the picturesque grounds of a former Manor House. Many of the original trees remain and there is a beautiful ornamental pond complete with fountain and a variety of fish. This Residential park for persons (50+) is ideally placed for access to the M4 with main line rail links at Cardiff and Rhoose International Airport is less than 30 minutes by car. You can now take advantage of the new Vale of Glamorgan train line running from Bridgend to Cardiff via Llantwit Major, Rhoose Cardiff International Airport and Barry. Cardiff, the capital city of Wales with its superb shopping facilities is easily reached. Llantwit Major is an interesting town to explore and also has good shopping facilities as well as Doctors, Dentist and a Library. Milk and newspapers are delivered to the Park daily, with weekly calls by a local fishmonger. Pets are considered at Ham Manor Park (one dog or one cat).
All new homes sited are fully furnished and have tiled roofs, LP gas central heating and double glazing. The brick skirt, paths and steps are included in the price quoted.
If you would like to visit the Park, please telephone our resident Manager who will be pleased to show you around and advise on up to date plot availability.
