Berkeleyparks Awards Are Back for 2025!

After a fantastic debut in 2024, the Berkeleyparks Awards return for a second year – bigger, better, and more inspiring than ever!

The awards are your chance to shine a spotlight on the individuals, gardens, teams, and communities that make our residential parks such special places to live. Whether it’s a beautifully tended garden, a selfless neighbour, a spirited community group, or a dedicated park team – this is your opportunity to recognise and reward the everyday heroes among us.

Get Involved

Nominations are opening in soon! You can nominate yourself, a neighbour, a friend, your community group, or your park team. Let’s come together again to celebrate the people who go the extra mile to keep our parks vibrant, welcoming, and full of life.

Submit your entries by emailing [email protected] with:

  • The award category
  • Who you’re nominating
  • Why they deserve to win

Or, drop by your park office to pick up a paper entry form and submit your nomination in person.

2025 Award Categories

Garden of the Year

Transformed your outdoor space? Always admiring your neighbour’s floral flair? Whether it’s a seasonal refresh or a long-standing labour of love, we want to see the gardens that brighten our parks.

Neighbour of the Year

Do you know someone who’s always there when you need a hand? The kind of neighbour who embodies kindness, generosity, and community spirit? Let’s give them the recognition they deserve.

Community of the Year

Fundraising champions, support networks, or simply neighbours who lift one another. Nominate the community that makes your park feel like home.
