Berkeleyparks Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This referral scheme is open to all current residents of a Berkeleyparks residential park in England and Wales (“Referrer”).

2. Referral Criteria

• The Referrer must refer a friend or relative (“Referred Person”) who is not already known to Berkeleyparks as a prospective customer.
• The referral must be made prior to the Referred Person making direct contact with Berkeleyparks.
• Only one Referrer will be eligible per Referred Person.

3. How to Refer

• The Referrer must submit the full name and contact details of the Referred Person to Berkeleyparks before any initial enquiry or reservation is made by the Referred Person.
• This can be done via emailing or calling Berkeleyparks Head Office – [email protected] or 01935 862079
• The Referred Person must then contact Berkeleyparks Head Office to confirm the Referrer’s information.

4. Reward

• If the Referred Person proceeds to complete the purchase of a new residential park home from Berkeleyparks, the Referrer will receive a £500 reward.
• Completion is defined as the point at which legal ownership of the home is transferred to the Referred Person and all funds have been paid.

5. Payment of Reward

• The £500 reward will be sent to the Referrer within 30 days of the completion of the Referred Person’s purchase.
• The reward will be paid by cheque or bank transfer, at the discretion of Berkeleyparks.

6. General Terms

• There is no limit to the number of people a resident may refer, but each referral must meet the criteria outlined above. This offer is not available to employees of Berkeleyparks or their immediate family members.
• Berkeleyparks reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of Berkeleyparks on all matters relating to the referral scheme is final.

7. Data Protection

• All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with Berkeleyparks’ Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
