On the 5th of November, England will enter its second nationwide lockdown. In line with the new national restrictions and the developing changes across England and Wales, Berkeleyparks is making several changes to support the health and wellbeing of our staff, homeowners and potential residents.
From Thursday the 5th of November, park offices will be closed to the general public. Our park staff will still be on-site to continue with regular duties in line with government regulations but office staff will be working from home.
As the property sector are allowed to continue to work under the new restrictions, viewings can still take place at the current time. However, these are subject to individual parks and existing/developing government guidelines. Prospective residents will be asked a series of questions before a viewing is agreed. If you are attending an arranged viewing, face coverings MUST be worn and all interactions will be contactless.
At this time, most of our head office team are following government guidelines and working from home to help reduce the spread. We would like to assure homeowners that we are continuing to maintain and invest in our parks at this time but we ask for your understanding and patience and that you bear with us while we go through this together.
We hope that you stay safe and well.
