Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and associated regulations across England and Wales, Berkeleyparks have made several changes to support the health and wellbeing of our staff, homeowners and potential residents.
At this time, park offices will remain closed to the general public, but our park staff will remain on-site to continue with regular duties in line with government regulations. Most office staff and head office team will continue to work from home.
As the property sector is allowed to remain open under current guidelines, viewings can still take place. However, all viewings are subject to individual parks and existing/developing government guidelines. Prospective residents will be asked a series of questions before a viewing is agreed. If you are attending an arranged viewing, face coverings MUST be worn and all interactions will be contactless.
We would like to assure homeowners that we are continuing to maintain and invest in our parks at this time, but we ask for your understanding and patience and that you bear with us while we go through this together.
We hope that you stay safe and well.
The Berkeleyparks team
A delightful setting on the banks of the River Crouch makes Tower Park an ideal place for a Residential park for persons (50+), especially if you have a love of sailing and fishing. There are four yacht clubs within a mile of the Park and for those who prefer golf, a first class course within easy reach. Buses stop nearby going to Southend, Chelmsford and Basildon, all excellent shopping and entertainment centres. Southend has seven glorious miles of seafront with water sports, Sea Life Adventure Centre and the longest pleasure pier in the world with a railway. The nearest railway station is at Rayleigh four miles away with trains to London Liverpool Street taking about forty minutes. Hullbridge has good shopping facilities including a Library, Post Office and Doctors Surgery. Close by is the antiques village of Battlebridge and the rural Essex countryside. At Leigh-on-Sea’s Heritage Centre you can hear about the town’s links with the Mayflower and the six little ships that helped the evacuation of the Dunkirk beaches. No pets are accepted at Tower Park.
All new homes sited are fully furnished and have tiled roofs, LP gas central heating and double glazing. The brick skirt, paths and steps are included in the price quoted.
