On the 5th of November, England will enter its second nationwide lockdown. In line with the new national restrictions and the developing changes across England and Wales, Berkeleyparks is making several changes to support the health and wellbeing of our staff, homeowners and potential residents.
From Thursday the 5th of November, park offices will be closed to the general public. Our park staff will still be on-site to continue with regular duties in line with government regulations but office staff will be working from home.
As the property sector are allowed to continue to work under the new restrictions, viewings can still take place at the current time. However, these are subject to individual parks and existing/developing government guidelines. Prospective residents will be asked a series of questions before a viewing is agreed. If you are attending an arranged viewing, face coverings MUST be worn and all interactions will be contactless.
At this time, most of our head office team are following government guidelines and working from home to help reduce the spread. We would like to assure homeowners that we are continuing to maintain and invest in our parks at this time but we ask for your understanding and patience and that you bear with us while we go through this together.
We hope that you stay safe and well.

Cauldron Barn Farm Park is a new development of around 100 residential park homes. The park is in a 14 acre setting among the Purbeck Hills with outstanding views of the beautiful Dorset countryside yet only 15 minutes walk to Swanage Town Centre and Beach. Swanage is a quintessential small seaside town on the Isle of Purbeck which is part of the Jurassic Coast, England’s first Natural World Heritage Site and adjacent to the golden sands of Studland Beach and Shell Bay, part of a larger National Trust Estate which also includes Corfe Castle and Kingston Lacy House.
While Swanage has good local shops, doctor, dentist, etc., it is a short hop by chain ferry to Sandbanks (known as one of the most expensive property locations in the world) and well known Poole and Bournemouth (famous for its shopping centre, theatres and beaches) and Southampton. A short distance further away is the unrivalled timeless beauty of the New Forest with its quaint villages and famous ponies.
The park is being redeveloped for persons (50+). Pets are considered at Cauldron Barn Farm Park (one dog or one cat).
All new residential park homes to be sited will be fully furnished and have tiled roofs, mains gas central heating and double glazing. The brick skirt, paths and steps are included in the price quoted. You can also choose your own model from a range of manufacturers
If you would like to visit this Park, please telephone our sales staff who will be pleased to show you around and advise on up to date plot availability.
